This featured project, located in a private home in La Grange, Texas, was a blend of concrete polishing and beautifully detailed acid staining.
The owner wanted to create the look of a wooden boat deck. ModernCrete hand-stained each plank so the wood grain looked different on all planks. The hardened and polished concrete is even more durable than a real wood floor and the owner was happy to have a very low maintenance floor for his bar area.
This project proves that polished concrete is versatile and can be used in place of other flooring options to create a low maintenance floor in any space.
