There are many reasons to choose us when the finish schedule calls for polished concrete.
Concrete polishing and staining is our primary business. We do not “dabble” in concrete polishing as many other companies do. Concrete polishing requires expertise that is developed over time. Our company was founded in 2001 and we polished our first floor in 2004. Because every slab is different and customer needs vary, polishing concrete is as much an art as it is a science. Only those companies that specialize in polishing can handle the unexpected challenges that manage to appear on every job.
We use the latest technology to ensure the best result possible for all your projects. Depending upon the scope of work, our crews can draw from this list of polishing equipment to obtain the desired outcome.
1* HTC Superfloor planetary head 4-disk 1,100 pound grinder
2* HTC Superfloor planetary head 3-disk 800 pound grinder
3* HTC Superfloor planetary head 3-disk 325 pound grinder
4* Hand edgers for edges, corners, and hard to reach places
Additionally, we continue to refine the polishing process. As an example, our initial grinds (polishing steps) are usually done with a wet system. We capture all of the concrete dust from grinding in a slurry. This eliminates any potential for concrete dust contamination in the building. The wet process also cools and lubricates the diamonds during the grinding process to avoid excessive scratching of the concrete. Deep scratches, if not removed, affect the clarity and luster of the gloss in the final finish.
We travel up to 1,000 miles from our Headquarters in Austin, TX. This means you can count on us to polish the concrete at all your projects within our geography. You will never have to look for a new polishing contractor again.
Our success as a company is dependent upon our ability to deliver a quality product every time regardless of the demands of the job. We look forward to working with you on your projects that include polished concrete.
